Dallan Beck

Dallan Beck is one of the most respected and consulted experts in his field.  He held the position of Director of the Recording Institute at the M.I. in Hollywood, CA, until 2006 when he relocated to Nashville, TN to become the Head Instructor at SAE.

During his post at the Recording Institute he worked on 3 Instructional books and a DVD for Hal Leonard. He focused on getting information out to budding Engineers who were interested in recording guitars, vocals and drums. He also did an introductory video on Home Recording for the pure beginner.

The move to Nashville included the build out of his own studio and production company – More Than Music Productions. He has teamed up with several local producers on various Country/Rock/Pop projects, which include some the “A-List” Nashville Session players. Between his love for teaching, engineering, production and music, he has very little time for anything else. Dallan offers private consultation to engineers through RockSource 360.
