 Remember when I said I'd still be around to do the occasional interview? Well.....

 Coming up on Friday, March 1st 2013 will be the Christian Rock Band "Guy Franklin.'  The band itself has a tour coming up very soon that will be discussed in depth as well as their music, new album, members of the band, and views on Christian Rock vs. the Rock 'norm.'

 So tune in on Friday, March 1st...you might be surprised at the current line up!...yep, that's a "teaser"...

WELCOME 2013!!

HEY EVERYONE!!! I"M ALIVE!!

 I had a pretty interesting 2012 full of learning, work, and "warm fuzzies." I'll outline for entertainment purposes only ;-)

1.) I have to extend a MEGA thank you to Notes for Notes and Seymour Duncan for allowing me to do the charity drive the past year! I had the privilege of being "Skype to Face" (yeah, I said it) with one of the recipients. THAT WAS WAY COOL!!! It's what it's about so stay tuned for 2013 updates for the next fundraiser! If you haven't checked out Notes for Notes or, N4N as it's becoming known, do it. It's an after school program that provides access to kids that want learn more about the ins' and outs of music that you just can't in public schools ;-) CHECK OUT THE WEB SIGHT...  http://notesfornotes.org/

2.) The next update I have is a PERSONAL thank you to Duncan Faure or Rabbit and Bay City Rollers. Duncan and I worked on a tune called "I GET A FEELING" that's a pretty fun tune! Duncan gave me a lot of his hardcore experience about the rock industry and I can't thank him enough for taking the time to work with me. If you're ever in the Las Vegas area and he's playing, go check him out. He's one of the most seasoned and educated musicians I know and is available for song writing, so hit him up on Facebook for details. WONDERFUL HUMAN AND ONLY ONE OF HIM IN MY BOOK!

3.) Somehow, out of everything that went on this past year, I managed to connect with some like minded PHENOM individuals that I've started working with to see what happens. These guys are challenging me for the first time in a long time! And admittedly, I'm getting schooled a little! LOL!! But man, that's what rock is about, GROWTH! So we'll see what happens in the coming months...!

4.) Lastly, I'll be putting most of my updates between here and www.reverbnation.com/rs360 I need to simplify, because it looks I'm gonne BE BUSY!!

COOK'D UPDATE!!!

HEY EVERYONE!!

 Obviously, I haven't been around much the past few months :-) I've been extremely busy with the Charity Drive for Notes for Notes and finishing up the soon to be released, 'I Get A Feeling' track with Duncan Faure who was the front man for the South African based rock band 'Rabbit' that featured Trevor Rabin who later went on to 'Yes', and then Duncan Faure went on 'Bay City Rollers.' I'll have more on that in another post.

 So, it's been a LONG and BUSY year for me, but things finally came together.

 My time here at RockSource360 has been quite an excellent experience for me these past two years. I've learned and tried to pass those lessons on as well so that hopefully others won't make the same mistakes as well. It's about learning and growth, so take it in when you can.

 I've got to meet outstanding professionals, up and comers, and make some new friends along the way. But the time for me has to come to focus on new adventures and goals. But as long as RockSource360 is around promoting ROCK AND ROLL I'll be around with the occasional interview and 'Buzz' updates!

 Special thanks to the crew of RockSource360 for allowing me to be a part of it!...but like I said, "I'LL BE AROUND!!!"...just light the 'Bat Signal'...LOL!!!!!!!

RS360's "Cook" has teamed up with Seymour Duncan and Notes for Notes for the FIRST ANNUAL 'GUITARS FOR KIDS' CHARITY CHRISTMAS DRIVE!!

We here at RS360 are pleased and excited to be working for such a charitable cause!!  We simply can't thank Notes for Notes and Seymour Duncan enough for allowing us this opportunity to help children and in establishing such a wonderful partnership for a truly worthy cause!!

These USED guitars are being donated, stripped down to the wood, refinished, then...COCKED AND LOCKED WITH BRAND NEW SEYMOUR DUNCAN PICK UPS AND DONATED TO THE N4N KIDS THIS CHRISTMAS TIME!!!
